Do medication reminders work without internet?+
Yes. VeraDose is designed offline-first; your medication data is stored on your device, and reminder notifications keep working even without an internet connection.
What can my caregiver see?+
A caregiver can only see the dose status (taken / not taken) of the medications you've connected them to. You can end the connection at any time.
Where is my data stored?+
Your primary copy of the data lives on your device. Only when caregiver syncing is active are the relevant dose details sent to our servers, in encrypted form.
Does VeraDose replace a doctor or pharmacist?+
No. VeraDose is only a reminder and tracking tool; you should always consult a healthcare professional for decisions about your medication.
How do I set up medication tracking for an elderly person?+
Your loved one installs VeraDose on their own device, adds their medications, and generates a caregiver code. You then enter that code in your own app to establish the connection.
Can I add more than one caregiver?+
The free plan supports one caregiver connection. Additional plans for more caregivers are coming soon.
